As a newly formed club, we are always looking for volunteers.
Interested in coaching? We are looking for coaches. Training is available.
Not able to coach, each team also requires a team manager.

- Facility Coordinator
Coaches Duties
Key Duties:
- Plan and lead practices that build fundamental skills, teamwork, and confidence.
- Develop age-appropriate game strategies and manage in-game decisions.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.
- Provide constructive feedback to players and encourage personal growth.
- Ensure player safety and well-being during all activities.
- Communicate clearly with players, parents, assistant coaches, and the club.
- Support RRBA's mission by modeling leadership, sportsmanship, and integrity.
Key Duties:
- Assist with planning and running drills, warm-ups, and skill development during practices.
- Help manage player rotations and provide feedback during games.
- Step in for the head coach when needed.
- Offer individual support and encouragement to players.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere.
- Communicate with the head coach regularly and help carry out the team’s goals.
Manager Duties
Purpose: Handle team logistics and communication to ensure smooth operations so that coaches can focus on coaching.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate schedules, game times, and jamboree/tournament information with families.
- Act as the main liaison between the club, coaches, and parents/guardians.
- Distribute information such as practice changes, team updates, and events.
- Help organize uniforms, medals, snacks, and volunteer roles.
- Maintain team rosters, contact lists, and emergency info.
- Plan and organize your team year end wrap up.
- Support a positive and organized team environment by helping wherever needed.
